If you’re dealing with a critical situation and a unit that’s down, we’ll share your sense of urgency and do whatever it takes to get your equipment up and running as fast as possible. We’ll also help troubleshoot the problem with you to find out why it occurred and help you prevent it from happening again. If you’re looking for a dependable parts supplier, we’ll partner with you to develop and maintain a cost-effective stocking inventory to support the ongoing maintenance of your compression equipment.
TrueRock takes great pride in every part we manufacture and sell. We design and build parts to OEM specifications; inspect and field-test parts before we authorize production; support our products in the unlikely event a problem occurs; and work with you to redesign parts for improved life. TrueRock’s inventory of OEM parts is one of the largest available anywhere and now includes GE high-speed reciprocating compressor parts.
TrueRock parts are engineered for retrofittable fit and function. While most of our competitors use simple sketches, our team creates precise mechanical engineering drawings that guide the manufacture of every TrueRock part. We use Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) language on each drawing and identify every critical dimension to ensure the highest quality outcome, often improving upon the original design thereby increasing longevity and reliability. GD&T ensures effective and accurate communication throughout the process, from design and engineering all the way through manufacturing and inspection.
Our Quality Control Center inspects the parts a second time on a precision granite surface table using calibrated gauges and tools. Every TrueRock part is stamped with the proper part number and all other appropriate markings.
All parts are properly labeled, packaged and shipped along with our own custom installation instructions where appropriate.
TrueRock honors and processes all warranty claims in a timely manner. We warranty all of our parts for 18 months from the date of shipment or one year from the date of installation, whichever occurs first. We warranty that our parts are “free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use”. For commonly purchased vendor parts, we pass the supplier’s warranty through to our customers.
